About this page
When Jesse and Ben talk they use many ‘Prepositions’. Do you know what prepositions are? They are small words that cause a lot of trouble, because they are very important. Some examples are ‘at’ ‘for’ and ‘in’. We use ‘at’ to talk about time and places. ‘I will meet you at school at 3 o’clock’ – ‘See you at 5:30 am’. We also use ‘at’ with some adjectives such as good. We say ‘She is good at learning new things’ – ‘She is good at soccer’. We often use ‘for’ to talk about a reason.
