About this page
We use he/him to refer to men, and she/her to refer to women. When we don’t know if the person is a man or a woman, we use they/them. We use subject pronouns, I, you, he, she, it, we, they as subject of the verb: Remember: English sentences always have a subject: If there is no other subject we use it or there. We call this a dummy subject. Pronouns can also be the object of a sentence using me, you, him, her, it, us, them Do the short exercise to make sure, 100%, you know these pronouns.
